What is the cancellation policy for rides within a Monthly Package?

Before the month begins, you can cancel any ride within a Monthly Package without charge. For cancellations of any Monthly Package ride once the month begins, the following policy will apply:

• Cancel a Monthly Package ride from 4 to 24 hours before the ride: 50% refund
• Cancel a Monthly Package ride less than 4 hours before the ride: 0% refund
