Elevated ride safety standards

We’ve put in place COVID-19 ride safety protocols to keep families, drivers and our communities safe. We continue to monitor guidelines from the CDC and local health authorities where we operate.
Stay home when sick

Stay home when sick

Drivers and families are asked to perform regular health self-checks and should stay home when feeling sick, or experiencing COVID-19 symptoms.
Face masks are mandatory

Face masks are mandatory

We have a shared responsibility to keep each other safe. All drivers and students are required to wear a face mask or covering throughout the ride.
Personal and vehicle cleanliness

Personal and vehicle cleanliness

Drivers will regularly disinfect hands and frequently touched vehicle surfaces before and after each ride. Similarly, we ask that students wash hands before and after each ride.
Maintain social distance

Maintain social distance

Students should maintain social distancing when boarding vehicles and there will always be a minimum of one empty seat between students and drivers inside vehicles.
Leave windows open

Leave windows open

Whenever possible, vehicle windows will be kept open to improve ventilation and avoid recirculated air.

Innovative technology for challenging times

Commitment

We require drivers to self-certify via our app on a daily basis that they are performing regular health self-checks outlined by the CDC, are not experiencing COVID symptoms and are adhering to our COVID-19 ride safety protocols. Similarly, we require families to certify the same for students so that everyone on an upcoming ride stays safe.

Any necessary contact tracing is made possible via centralized data on our realtime platform, allowing our team to quickly take action with district and school administators.

Commitment Helping schools to re-open safely

Schools are facing the enormous challenge of safely re-opening under unprecedented conditions. We continue to partner with school districts and community leaders to enable safe student transportation as schools reopen during COVID-19.
