What is the cancellation policy for Monthly Packages?

You can cancel a Monthly Package, without charge, at any time before the month begins. For cancellations of Monthly Packages once the month begins, the following policy will apply:

• Cancel the Monthly Package from 4 to 24 hours before the month’s first ride: 50% refund on first ride, full refund on remaining rides.
• Cancel the Monthly Package less than 4 hours before the month’s first ride: 0% refund on first ride, full refund on remaining rides.
