Why do I see a price increase in comparison with last year?

Zum is seeing tremendous customer demand for our safe & reliable child transportation services. We are working hard to meet this demand by increasing our driver and support recruitment, certification, and continuous training. We also know that when it comes to child transportation, trust and reliability is the utmost importance and something that we’re continuously improving.

In order to meet the growing demand and continue to maintain and improve our service quality and reliability, we have to pass on some of these costs to our customers. To offset some of the changes, we are also introducing new Monthly Packages, where parents can schedule recurring/consistent rides at a discounted price.
