What is the ride cancellation policy for Zūm rides?

We understand that plans can change. In order for us to manage our drivers and ensure families receive the best service possible, our ride cancellation policy is the following:

For Individual Rides:

• More than 24 hours before the ride: No cancellation fee.
• More than 4 and less than 24 hours before the ride: 50% cancellation fee.
• Less than 4 hours before the ride: 100% cancellation fee.

For Monthly Package Rides:

Rides are pre-paid on the first day of each month. Ride cancellation refunds will be processed based on the following:

• More than 24 hours before the ride: 100% refund
• More than 4 and less than 24 hours before the ride: 50% refund
• Less than 4 hours before the ride: 0% refund
