What changes are allowed once I book my Monthly Packages?

Monthly Packages are different from individual rides in that they’re locked in advance and enjoy discounted pricing, we have to make certain restrictions to adjustments

• Allowed changes: adding / removing dates, and notes. Changes within 24 hours of the ride will be subject to a cancellation fee.
• Not allowed changes: times, addresses, child attendance. If the change applies to all rides in the Package, you can cancel and rebook a new Monthly Package. If the change is a one-off exception, you can cancel that ride in the Monthly Package, and book an individual ride separate from the package with those changes. Changes within 24 hours of the ride will be subject to a cancellation fee.
