How do I book a ride in the Zūm app?

Zūm is an app-based rides for kids service, so to start you'll want to download our iOS or Android app. Once you've created an account and member profile for your child in the app, you can start scheduling rides.

To book a ride, follow these steps:

• Tap “Schedule Ride”
• Select which type of ride you’d like to book
• Complete the ride booking flow. You’ll see the cost of the ride after you provide the details for your ride.

We will send you an email confirmation once you have successfully booked a ride.
