What is the hiring process - does Zūm background check?

The Zūm hiring process is very straight forward and consistes of three basic steps:

• The Interview - Zūm applicants go through a very thorough interview process covering their personality, attitude, reactions to situations and sense of purpose.
• The Background Check - Zūm goes through multiple checks such as address history, sex offender records, driving or SSN validations for every driver applicant.
• The Vehicle Inspection - Only Zūm-approved vehicles are used. We have a strict policy to monitor regular maintenance and check for proper inspections.
